Level99 & More Opening This Summer at Disney Springs

The Walt Disney World theme parks aren’t the only places getting some additions this summer. Disney Springs, WDW’s shopping, dining and entertainment district, is opening Level99, a new dining location and adding some entertainment for the summer. In this post, we’ll share all of the new additions and add our own commentary about each one.

Level99 Brings Next-Level Play to Disney Springs

Gamers and thrill‑seekers, this one’s for you! The highly anticipated Level99 is set to open its doors this summer at Disney Springs West Side.

Level99 Disney Springs

This new offering is like a sprawling playground for adults and teens, ready for those who will take on 60+ life‑sized mini‑games and real-world challenges. Level99 tests your body and your mind as you dodge axes, crack mind‑bending puzzles, and outsmart cleverly designed challenges. All of those challenges are wrapped inside an environment filled with bold art installations.

The Disney Springs location will be Level99’s fourth and largest venue to date, joining existing locations in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Virginia. The Disney Springs edition will feature more than 40 original works of art alongside 63 Challenge Rooms and Player-vs-Player Duels.

Take a break between the fun at Level99’s two‑story bar where guests will find award‑winning Detroit‑style pizza, wagyu burgers, craveable snacks, and handcrafted cocktails — all made from scratch daily as well as rotating beers on tap.

Level99 will be located right next to the Drawn to Life presented by Cirque du Soleil theater and across from House of Blues Restaurant & Bar. This spot used to be the NBA Experience and Disney Quest.

Turning to commentary, adding in Level99 is certainly better than an empty building. This space might be cursed but I’m hopeful that something new and exciting will draw guests in. We’ve seen time and again that breaking into the Disney Springs as an entertainment entity isn’t the easiest task, since there’s so much to do throughout Walt Disney World.

Level99 looks fun and unique though. I’m not sure that it will draw many tourists in but it could be a fun location for locals. Ticket prices in other Level99 locations are $29-$39 for 2 hours, $39-$49 for 4 hours and $49-$59 for a day long pass. I assume there will be a little bit of a Disney World bump to those prices but if they stay within that range then it seems like a decent value for a few hours of entertainment.

I’ll always be a little skeptical that something new that’s not a theme park can break onto the Orlando scene. But Level99 has as good of chance as any! If they keep late enough hours, this could be an option for some guests to do after the parks close.

Speaking of hours, no official date was given on when this will open. Most Walt Disney World summer additions are opening on May 26th. I would think that if Level99 was following suit then it would be in this announcement but there’s no sign of a date. Instead I’d guess a little bit later in the summer. We will update with any new information.

Six Ravens: A New Savory Story at Disney Springs

Also new at Disney Springs at The Landing this summer, a little raven shared some exciting details about new flavors to feast on. Gideon’s Bakehouse, the fan‑favorite local bakery at Disney Springs, is introducing a new concept: Six Ravens.

Six Ravens Disney Springs

Specializing in grab-and-go hand pies, their signature creation, known as Coffyns, is a house‑made yeast‑roll stuffed with savory fillings that draw inspiration from Medieval European pastry cases. The original “coffyns” were designed to preserve hearty meals for long pilgrimages, and at Disney Springs, they’ll be the perfect on-the-go offering.

Pair the Coffyns with smashed potatoes and dips like sweet heat and homemade honey mustard. Six Ravens will also have local beers crafted in partnership with Orlando favorites like Sideward Brewing and The Ravenous Pig.

I’m excited about a new counter-service spot at Disney Springs. Gideon’s Bakehouse is as popular as ever so expanding makes sense. They had me at hand pies and then added potatoes to the description and now my mouth is watering! These look delicious and should help fill grab and go food void that persists in Disney Springs.

I’ll be curious to see how popular this space is. Gideon’s draws constant lines and the area can get very congested. Six Ravens will have a menu that’s a little more niche so I doubt it will make things much worse in the way of crowds. We’re excited to try this spot when it opens this summer!

DescenDANCE Party x Camp Rock Jam

On select nights this summer at Disney Springs, the AdventHealth Waterside Stage will come alive with high‑energy dance parties celebrating the newest original movies coming to Disney+.

We’re jamming all night to hits from Descendants: Wicked Wonderland and Camp Rock 3. It’s the perfect way for families looking to add a little extra magic to their evening during Cool KIDS’ SUMMER.

I don’t have a lot to add here. No one wants to see me break out my moves at the DescenDANCE Party and this is clearly not designed for me. But I’m happy for those that really love the music in Camp Rock 3 and the Descendants movies. May you dance the night away!

I was holding out hope that Disney Springs would bring back the drone show that they featured a few years ago but it doesn’t look like that’s meant to be. That was a nice bit of goodwill toward fans and helped draw people to Disney Springs. With the entertainment area plenty crowded already, I’m guessing that Disney World doesn’t feel the need to have an extra draw there. As it is, it looks like there will be plenty of excitement this summer at Disney Springs.
