Walt Disney World continues to offer a wide array of discounts for the summer of 2026. A few weeks ago, Disney released a flurry of discounts including Free Dining and hefty hotel discounts. Now there’s a few more options that are a little more unique. In this post, we’ll detail a new ticket offer and hotel discount coming to Walt Disney World for the summer of 2026.

Both of these offers come with caveats. The ticket offer, which we’ll get to first, is an afternoon and evening ticket that likely won’t apply to many guests who are spending a week at Disney World. This offer is aimed at locals or those who are allergic to mornings. In some ways it is meant to get people out of the Florida heat but entry begins at 2, the hottest part of the day, so that’s not entirely accurate. Maybe the small print in the tickets say that guests must drink 10 glasses of water in order to enter with the after 2 PM ticket (it doesn’t say this). Details on the offer are below.

The other offer that came out is strictly for those subscribed to Disney+. It’s a hotel discount offer and is a very good one! I imagine that offer will sell out fast. Again, details are below.

With more and more discounts offered, I’m really interested in what the crowd levels at Walt Disney World will be this summer. Crowds have been on the decline during summer months for the past few years. With tourism in general dropping, this could be one of the quietest summers at WDW in recent memory. Disney is marketing like that might be the case.

Here are the details on each offer, starting with the special ticket:

Specially Priced After 2 PM Ticket for Early Summer

Enjoy afternoons and evenings in the Walt Disney World theme parks with a specially priced ticket that provides admission to one theme park each day, after 2 PM.

Choose from 2-day and 3-day tickets. Limit one theme park per day. Theme park reservations are not required with this ticket.

Dates & Ticket Usage
This is a date-based ticket with start dates from May 26 to July 29, 2026. The 2-day ticket must be used within 4 days of selected start date; the 3-day ticket must be used within 5 days of selected start date.

Important Information
Ticket is valid for admission only after 2 PM to one theme park each day. All tickets and options are nontransferable and nonrefundable, and exclude activities/events that are separately priced or not open to the general public.

Price
These tickets are now on sale. The cheapest offer is $118/day for the 2 day ticket and $116/day for the 3 day ticket. For May and June, tickets are often in the high $120’s or low $130’s. July sees many more dates available for the $118/day price.

Frankly, this isn’t a great deal. It does fill a niche need and is certainly cheaper than just buying the regular tickets from Disney, saving between $40 and $50 per day from those base tickets. But there are 4 day, 4 park tickets available for $109/day this summer and you can go for the full day with those.

I’ll be curious how long they extend the After 2 PM Ticket. For now, it runs through July. This is probably a case where if the ticket is popular they will offer it during quieter times in the year. I think many people will jump at the offer and it does save a few bucks for those that need to work or are local to the parks. I did expect a higher savings though considering almost half of the park day is gone with this ticket.

Disney+ Disney World Hotel Room Discount for Summer 2026

Disney+ subscribers enrolled in Disney+ Perks program will be offered special rates on select Disney Resorts Collection hotels this summer. This deal is back after last summer’s same discount proved to be very popular. The exact same rooms are offered and prices are just barely up from what they were last year. The offer goes on sale April 2, covering most nights from June 21 to August 15, 2026, with a two-night minimum stay required.

Here are the prices:

• $99 per night, plus tax: Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort – Standard Room  
• $169 per night, plus tax: Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside – Standard Location 5th Sleeper 
• $249 per night, plus tax: Disney’s Art of Animation Resort – Cars Family Suite  
• $279 per night, plus tax: Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort – Deluxe Studio 
• $369 per night, plus tax: Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge – Savanna View 

These rooms will go very quick, so be on your toes when the discount goes live. That’s supposed to be midnight ET on April 2nd (just a few hours away at this point). Of course, that doesn’t always happen when Disney releases popular discounts, tickets, etc. But that’s the plan as of now.

Unlike the ticket deal value, you probably won’t find better prices than these on WDW hotels. Regardless of what level you choose, finding these rooms any cheaper throughout the year is hard to do. We highly recommend using this offer if it fits into your travel dates!

Summer at Walt Disney World isn’t our favorite time to visit, the heat can be a little much for us. But these discounts are becoming hard to ignore. In fact, we’ve already planned a couple of visits starting in May! If the price is right, egregious amounts of sweat is easier to deal with.
