Every few weeks our writers get together to answer a Disney related question. Here is this week’s question and answers.
Question of the Week: A goofy question for this week… If you were going to hang out in a Disney Park with a character for a full day what character would you choose to hang out with and what park would you go to?
Melissa – Easy – Rapunzel and Disneyland. Can you just imagine running around Disneyland with the happy, excited, lovable and joyful Rapunzel????? Man oh man – it sounds like the BEST DAY EVER to me! Every corner we turn something new will catch her eye and make her so excited! And excitement is so contagious! It would be so so so so fun!
Leslie – I think I’d like to hang out with Belle in Epcot. She would be great to go through all the different cultures and histories with. I also think it would be fun to enjoy different meals with her too. I think it would be a nice relaxing time and feel like a way to rediscover one of my favorite parks.
Mackenzie – Peter Pan!! In Magic Kingdom! We could go find Hook and fight pirates! I would love to just run around all day with him.
Andrew – I respect all of your opinions but everyone is wrong. The right answer is King Louie in Animal Kingdom. We could walk around this contemplative park discussing the virtues of being human vs. being an animal. Maybe the King would learn that being himself isn’t such a bad thing. Even if not, he’d sing an awesome song about it. Once we were done with the hearty conversations, I would really enjoy riding Expedition Everest with him. Think of those gangly arms waving in the air…
Matthew – Bert from Mary Poppins. Anywhere is fine, but probably Disneyland. Bert is a man who knows how to have a good time doing anything, and he can add a bit of magic of his own. Plus, he’s one of the truly good and kind people ever created on film. Even just a day in a theme park with him seems like it would make me a better person.
Who would you spend your day with and where? Let us know, along with any Disney Parks questions you might have, below in the comments. You can read more Questions of the Week here.
